Cancellations / No Show / Late Arrival

Arteva Acupuncture has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation notice given less than 24 hours will be charged at 100% of the session rate. Any “no show” will be charged 100% of the session rate. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show and billed at 100% of the session rate.

Payment

Please be aware that a 3.5% convenience fee will be applied to credit card/debit card transactions. You can pay via Zelle to offset the convenience fee charge. In order to make the transaction as seamless as possible, please have the Zelle app installed and set up prior to the appointment.
