Cancellations / No Show
Arteva Acupuncture has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation notice given less than 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the session rate. Any “no show” will be charged 100% of the session rate.
Payment
Please be aware that a 3% convenience fee will be applied to credit card/debit card transactions. You can pay via Zelle or Venmo to offset the convenience fee charge. In order to make the transaction as seamless as possible, please have the Zelle or Venmo app installed and set up prior to the appointment.
